I like to post what helps inspire me to get fit, work out, and eat better. Ive been up and down in this weight battle. I am a chef so life literally is a constant battle between loving to eat and wanting to be skinny. I'm doing this because I don't want to be that awkward chubby persona anymore. I know I'll never be skinny because that's not how I am built but I don't have to be this chubby. I'm always open to talk and helpful comments are always appreciated.
